HAI Educators is the first AI-native university built specifically for educators and learning scientists.

HAI prepares educators with the credentials, tools, and mindsets to lead education into the AI era — through a rigorous, fully AI-native, human-centered model built for the Latin American context
.
Why now. AI is reshaping the educators role —not because it will dissapear, but because it will evolve and become a true source of human-centered value and meaning. A role the AI-era society will need and value the most.

Why us. Our team brings deep roots in Latin American education policy — combined with Harvard-MIT-backed research, AI-innovation as a cultural eathos, and an unshakeable conviction: educators are the highest-leverage intervention point in any education system.

What we're building. A stackable microcredential architecture. A redesigned AI-native student journey. An immersive experience in real classrooms 50% of the time. A university model that practices the pedagogy it preaches. And a generation of educators who don't just survive the AI transition — they lead it.

Backed by MIT Sandbox and MIT Martin Trust Center. Our transnational US-Latam business model is rooted in institutional partnerships we are building today across both regions.
