Steven Sapp

Steven Sapp is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a strong background in for-profit, non-profit, and public agency industries. They have demonstrated skills in organizational structuring, team building, property development, property management, and executive leadership. Sapp earned a BSM from Indiana Wesleyan University and holds an Executive Director Education Professional (EDEP) Certification from Rutgers University. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Marion Housing Authority and are involved as a board member with The River Church and the advisory board member for HAI Group, building upon their past leadership roles including Chair of the Board at Hope City, Inc.
