Vince Pearson is a seasoned leader currently serving on the board of directors for HAI Group and the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency. Since founding the ACE Mentoring Program in 1998, they have dedicated themselves to empowering male youth of color in the Sacramento region. With extensive experience in risk management and insurance, Vince has held various roles, including Risk Manager at the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency and ACE Mentoring Program Executive Director. They are an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and pursue a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health & Safety at Iowa State University, alongside earning a Risk Certification.
