Johnny Chen

Johnny Chen has over 16 years of work experience in finance and accounting roles. Johnny is currently working as a Finance Business Partner at HAI ROBOTICS since February 2022.

Prior to this, Johnny worked at NTT Ltd. for 9 years, starting as a Financial Accountant in December 2011 and later progressing to the role of Finance Manager for Netherlands & Belgium. In this role, they were responsible for all financial activities and performance management of the branches. Johnny also led the local finance team and supported team development.

Before joining NTT Ltd., Johnny worked at Royal Diamonds Amsterdam BV for 5 years, starting as a Finance Interm and progressing to the role of General Manager Finance.

Johnny Chen's education history begins in 1998 when they enrolled in Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce and pursued a College degree in International Financial Accounting. Johnny completed their studies in 2001. Following this, Johnny attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2002, focusing on Business English. From 2002 to 2004, they studied International Financial Accounting at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.

In 2004, they joined Inholland University of Applied Sciences again, this time graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Economy. After a break, Johnny attended BPP Nederland in 2010 to pursue a Management Accounting Crouse. No end year is provided for this program.

Additionally, Johnny obtained certifications in the field of business. In March 2019, they completed the Leadership Development Programme at Spark Leadership. In October 2019, they obtained an Advanced Valuation and Strategy - M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital certification from Coursera.
