Wei Lei

Wei Lei has a diverse work experience in finance, starting with their role as an Auditor at KPMG China from October 2014 to May 2015. During this time, they performed standard audit practices and took charge of audit sections beyond entry level, gaining trust from engagement managers.

They then joined Microsoft as a Financial Analyst in May 2015 and held multiple roles within the company. As a Financial Analyst, Wei Lei led a team in constructing new platforms for analyzing headcount data and delivered dynamic budget reports for the CFO. They also participated in a team of 5 to plan the budget for the next fiscal year.

Wei Lei later became a Compliance Analyst at Microsoft, where they managed approval processes and validations of high-risk purchasing events. They detected violations of regulations and collaborated with the LCA team to optimize controlling processes.

Moving on to Tencent, Wei Lei worked as a Financial Business Partner in the IEG Global Finance department from April 2021 to August 2021.

Currently, Wei Lei is employed by HAI ROBOTICS as a Financial Business Partner Manager in the R&D Center, starting from September 2021.

Overall, Wei Lei has gained experience in financial analysis, budget planning, compliance management, and audit practices throughout their career.

Wei Lei completed a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Capital University of Economics and Business from 2010 to 2014. Later, Wei Lei pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. From 2019 to 2021, Wei Lei studied at Nanyang Technological University Singapore for an MBA. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, Wei Lei studied at Waseda University for an MBA as well.
