Max Yao currently serves as the General Manager for the Sleep & Rehabilitation Device division at Haier since November 2023. Prior to this role, Max held the position of BU Director at Tecfor Care from January 2022 to November 2023. Max's extensive experience in sales leadership includes serving as the China Sales Director at Solera, Inc. from March 2017 to February 2021, and as the China Sales Manager at Belron® International from August 2012 to February 2017. Earlier in the career, Max was the Regional Sales Manager at Leggett & Platt from June 2005 to August 2012. Max earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, completing the program from 2001 to 2005.
