学犇 马 is a UED Senior Manager at Haier, where they have worked since 2015, focusing on user experience and product design. Previously, they served as UED Director at Elex-Tech from 2011 to 2013, optimizing user experiences for multiple games and significantly increasing user retention and revenue. From 2003 to 2010, they were the Education Director at 北京新科海教育发展集团, where they developed multimedia interactive design curriculum and managed teacher training. 学犇 also co-founded 上海苍游网络科技有限公司 in 2012, overseeing financing and product operations for a cross-screen 3D action game. They earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences between 2016 and 2018.
