Efe DURMAZ

Efe Durmaz has a diverse range of work experience. They started their career as an intern at ABB in 2013 and later worked as an intern at ELDES in 2015. In 2016, they joined Huawei Technologies as a Software Test Engineer and CEM Consultant, working on projects for Deutsche Telekom and Telefonica. At Huawei, they were responsible for requirement analysis, high-level design, dashboard designing, CEM workshops, data analysis, and reporting. In 2018, Efe joined Accenture as a Test Engineering Analyst, where they worked on IoT solutions on the Azure platform. They later became a Test Engineering Sr. Analyst and Scrum Master, leading a test team and setting up test automation frameworks. Efe also served as a Scrum Master and Test Engineering Team Lead at Accenture, where they led project test teams, developed test strategies and plans, and mentored test engineers in their career paths. In 2022, Efe joined Haiilo as a Software QA Engineer.

Efe Durmaz completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Yildiz Technical University from 2012 to 2016. Efe also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering at Yildiz Technical University during the same period.

Furthermore, they obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2021, they obtained a certification in "Contact Center AI: Conversational Design Fundamentals" from Coursera and another certification in "Virtual Agent Development in Dialogflow CX for Software Devs" from the same institution. Efe also received a participation certificate for "Project Management with PMI Standards and PMP Certification Exam Preparation Training" from Bahcesehir University | Wissen in 2021.

In 2021, Efe Durmaz acquired the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft. Prior to that, they obtained the "ISTQB CTFL" certification from TesterYou in 2020. Additionally, they completed the "Gamified Agile & Scrum" certification from ACMAgile in 2019 and the "Agile Project Management: Scrum" certification from Udemy in 2017.

In terms of specialized training, Efe Durmaz completed a course on "Mobile Cellular Communication Systems" offered by Turkcell in 2014.
