HairBySusy is setting the foundation for a future where textured-hair care is not an afterthought—it’s the industry standard. For too long, Black women and those with textured hair have faced an inconvenient, frustrating, and often discriminatory salon experience. The industry has failed to meet the needs of a loyal and high-spending consumer base. HairBySusy is here to change that—offering a seamless, expert-led, and technology-driven solution designed for the modern client.

We understand what it takes to deliver world-class haircare. Founded by expert stylist Susan Oludele in 2011, HairBySusy has built a reputation for elevating textured-hair styling into an art form, serving everyone from everyday clients to A-list celebrities. But we know the industry needs more than just talent—it needs structure, innovation, and accessibility. That’s why we’re creating a first-of-its-kind salon experience: expert-trained stylists, tech-enabled booking, and a data-driven approach to personalized haircare.
