This organization has for mission to promote corporate governance, business acumen, public listing, executive search through independent advisory and directorship for a sustainable corporate leadership and culture in the homeland, Haiti and abroad. 

Our vision is to create a thriving Haitian business sector for corporate members to benefit from foreign direct investment, corporate headquarters, business longevity, corporate philanthropy, public listing of Haitian companies, and a strong mid-market with a healthy corporate governance structure for a systemwide economic growth of deal flows of M& A.

We partner with business leaders, media professionals,&  other sectors to promote Haitian executives, responsible leaders, business owners to strengthen corporate actions and long term strategies and provide a platform for them to thrive and be visible, responsive,& effective in the global arena. We also work to strengthen Haitian companies abroad with corporate leadership and governance. 
With the inaugural 2024 Top 50 Haitian Corporate Executives List, we celebrate all Haitian executives who elevate the national emblem & renew hope, Haitian’s unity, patriotic spirit,& cultural heritage. 

In doing so, We help drive more media attention & engagement to change the narrative & help bring their voices together to promote Haiti and its people & improve its corporate management through private capital and public markets to drive its financial and economic reforms to diversify its economy.These media partnerships are essential and can come from across all sectors with the ultimate vision to elevate the Haiti Brand.

There is a HEB Chapter for each department that highlights strategic goals, regional planning,& funding opportunities to graduate Haiti by 2050 from UNCTAD’s  #LDC List in the Americas by accelerating Its HDI.
