Haiti Nursing Foundation's mission is to support the advancement of nursing in Haiti, with a focus on the FSIL Nursing School in Léogâne. FSIL is the first and highest ranked baccalaureate nursing program in Haiti, and has graduated 136 nurses to date, 95% of whom continue to live and work in Haiti. 

HNF's vision is to support centers of excellence for undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education for nurses, preparing them to serve as health care practitioners, faculty, and leaders in Haiti's health care system.
