Haki Tech Consulting is an IT consulting company Co Founded by Mr. Kavit Nagi (BCIS) and Mr. Vivek Pandit (BA) with the aim to to fill a void in the digital enablement segment of the Kenyan Market.

Haki Tech Consulting aims to be the premier Digital Enablement facilitator in Kenya, with an aim of establishing partnerships with our clients so as to guide them towards full digital enablement.

Digital enablement is the process of leveraging technology to meet a targeted outcome or result. Our goal is one simple thing, to provide solutions that meet market demands that enable business growth and prosperity.

Our Process

Initial consultation- This would be an initial understanding of what your expectations are and what pain points you as a client would want addressed
On site time with your organisation- Further to our initial consultation, we would take time to do an on site analysis of your business to identify the reasoning behind paint points and garner a better understanding of your process flows and how IT and human resources are currently interacting.
Recommendations- Post review and site visit, we will review and formulate a plan and cost proposal that would best align management expectations, process flows and any potential gains that can be made to ease workflow processes
Partner Recommendation and Implementation Oversight- through our extensive network of partners, we would recommend partners who would be an ideal fit to carry out implementation and oversee their works accordingly
