Gene Romm is a highly motivated and resourceful product support and operations leader with expertise in SaaS ecosystems, focusing on deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, and support in both on-prem and remote settings. Currently serving as Solutions Engineering Manager at Hakimo since 2025, Gene employs forward-thinking strategies to solve complex problems and improve products. With a background that includes roles at companies such as Cisco Meraki, CommScope, and AMD, Gene has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing customer experiences through excellent communication and teamwork. Gene holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology with a focus on Manufacturing Systems and a minor in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
