Ally Maass

Director of Customer Experience at haku

Ally Maass has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor, Lacrosse and Landsports Director, and Senior Division Leader at YMCA Camp Coniston until 2012. In 2013, they were a Communications Intern at the Florida Panthers and later became the Public Relations Chair at Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. In 2014, they worked as a Member Services staff at Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs. In 2015, they interned as a Communications / Digital Media Intern at the Florida Panthers and as a Communications Intern (full-time) at Miami Marlins, L.P. The next year, they became a Spin Instructor at LA Fitness. In 2017, they joined haku as a Customer Success Representative and eventually worked their way up to become the Senior Customer Experience Manager. In early 2020, they took on the role of Director of Customer Experience at haku.

Ally Maass obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications from the University of Miami from the academic years 2010 to 2014.
