Thomas Flynn

Thomas Flynn is a C-level executive and co-founder currently serving as COO at HAL8 and core contributor at Apex Fusion. With extensive experience in blockchain infrastructure, Flynn previously acted as Commercial Director at IOHK, where they built and scaled a team of over 70 individuals and launched significant projects, including a digital identity initiative for the Ethiopian Ministry of Education. Prior to that, Flynn held director roles at Neural Technologies Ltd, specializing in professional services focused on fraud and risk management. Flynn holds an MBA from Baker University and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and History from SUNY Brockport.
