Pedro Luraschi has been working in the technology and engineering industry for over a decade. In 2012, they started working as an Electrical/Electronic System Engineering Product Development Engineer at Ford Motor Company. During this time, they received extensive training on topics such as product development, electrical routing, experiment design, CAD management, and vehicle systems integration. In the same year, they began working as a Product Development Engineer at Art Center, where they integrated electronics into the educational product development branch and developed a USB charging circuit and a 30 port USB hub/synchronizer device.

From 2010 to 2020, Pedro worked at Universidad Panamericana as a Machine Design Professor, Robotics Professor and Mentor, Startup Mentor, and Electronics Professor. In 2020, they began working as a CubeSat Avionics Advisor for Misión Colibrí UP - MIT. Pedro also became a Certified eCommerce Trainer at Alibaba Business School in the same year.

In 2019, Pedro co-founded Cardbots, where they served as Co-Founder and CEO. During this time, they led the Seed Round fundraising, including pitching, due diligence processes, and negotiations. Pedro also developed learning experiences with and about emerging technologies, empowering people to thrive in the technological future.

In 2022, Pedro co-founded Hal9, where they serve as Co-Founder and COO. In this role, they assist the CEO with Business Development, Marketing, Fundraising, and Product Strategy. The company is being incubated at the Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence in Seattle, WA, and is making AI more accessible by developing the next generation of Data Science tooling.

Pedro Luraschi obtained a Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering from the Universidad Panamericana in 2012 and a Specialty on Robotics and Automation from the same institution in 2013. Pedro also obtained a Philosophy degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México between 2008 and 2014. In 2021, they obtained the BBVA Momentum 2021 certification from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, and they are also a Certified Solidworks Associate from Dassault Systèmes.
