Chad McSpadden

Chad McSpadden has extensive work experience in the lighting industry. Chad started their career at Musco Lighting in 1997 as a Project Engineer. After working there for four years, they joined Dick's Sporting Goods/Galyan's Trading Company as a Manager in Store Planning. In 2005, they transitioned to Stanley Security Solutions, where they worked as a Global Accounts Project Manager and later as a Project Manager on the SAP Conversion Team. In 2007, they joined H. E. Williams, Inc. as a Product Manager and stayed with the company for seven years. In 2014, they moved to Osram Opto Semiconductors, working as a Marketing & Business Development Manager. Chad then joined Eaton - Lighting in 2015 as a Product Marketing Manager for HALO Commercial. In 2018, they joined GREEN CREATIVE as a Product Line Manager. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Vice President of Product Management at Verozza Lighting. Currently, they hold the position of Product Manager at Halco Lighting Technologies.

Chad McSpadden received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Marketing and Business Development at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2001 to 2003. Aside from their formal education, Chad McSpadden has also obtained a certification in LC, although specific details regarding the institution and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
