Ed Rice has worked in the industrial and commercial lighting industry for over 25 years. Ed began their career in 1994 as the Director of Operations for Olflex Wire and Cable. In 1995, they took on the role of Director of Sales/New Business Development for LAPP Group USA, where they developed and modified products and established new channels to market. In 2009, they worked as Business Development Manager for Quality Sales Service and Design, LLC, and as New Business Development Consulting for Tappan Wire & Cable. From 2010 to 2014, they served as Manager Commercial & Industrial Business for Graybar Electric Supply, where they had P&L responsibility for NJ/NY and sold power and energy efficient Industrial LED and control solutions. Since 2016, they have been the Northeast Regional Sales Manager for Halco Lighting Technologies.

Ed Rice attended Concordia College and University from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General. In 1983 and 1984, they attended American Management Association NYC and earned a Certificate in Sales Management. From 2011 to 2012, they attended 4th Generation Management System Driving Sales Beyond Course by Dirk Beveridge, where they earned a Certificate in Sales Management creation and execution. In 2013, they attended Graybar Branch Manager School, where they received no degree but studied Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing and Distribution Teacher Education.
