Prior to Halco, Adam was involved in B2B outbound operations at Concentrix from January 2013 to November 2016, and held the position of Inside Sales Team Manager at Sutherland Global Services from 2009 to 2012. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from SUNY Brockport and an Associate of Arts in English Language and Literature from Finger Lakes Community College.
