Neel Ghai is a seasoned Senior Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain, with extensive experience across diverse industries including Aviation, Aerospace & Defence, Oil & Gas, and Automotive. They have successfully led complex negotiations on large-scale commercial arrangements, achieving tangible cost savings exceeding £85M and managing budgets over £750M. Neel has held pivotal roles in various organizations, including GKN Aerospace and Raytheon UK, where they directed supply chain operations and championed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. Currently, Neel serves as Vice President of Procurement & Supply Chain at HALCON. They hold multiple degrees, including an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and a Diploma in Negotiation from Harvard Law School.
