Tara M. is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader currently serving as a Fellow at Halcyon, selected as part of the Spring 2023 cohort for social impact startup founders. As the Founder and CEO of Sindano Health™, Tara M. develops human-first AI solutions to improve mental health outcomes for LGBTQ+ communities while addressing racial equity. Tara M. also serves as the Founding Co-Chair of the Baltimore/Washington Chapter of StartOut, promoting the impact of LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. Previous roles include Senior Advisor at Ackert, Chief Brand and Marketing Strategist at MARSHILL CONSULTING, Executive Legal Recruiter at Inclusive Legal Search LLC, and business development positions at H5 (Lighthouse) and McDermott Will & Emery. Tara M. brings a strong educational background with studies in Medicine, Law, Political Science, and Entrepreneurship.
