Lance Hydrick

Lance Hydrick has extensive experience in various roles and positions. Lance is the Founder & CEO of HALDA, where they specialize in Conversion Rate Optimization to enhance enrollment inquiries. Lance also co-founded and advised SHIFT Health, Inc, a company focused on improving the patient payment experience. Lance previously served as the VP of Enrollment Strategy at Chegg Inc., where they connected high school and college students with educational opportunities. Lance was also a member of the founding team at ZINCH. Prior to that, Lance worked at Wells Fargo Bank as a Private Banker and later as a Branch Manager, where they successfully managed multiple retail branches and achieved sales goals consistently.

Lance Hydrick attended the University of Utah from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. In 2019, they also briefly attended Y Combinator, although it is unclear if they pursued a specific degree or field of study during that time.
