Jeff Hemphill

Jeff Hemphill is a marketing analytics leader with over 15 years of experience in guiding direct-to-consumer and B2B brands to make data-driven decisions. As the current Director of Measurement at Hale, Jeff focuses on building measurement frameworks and improving performance through advanced analytics. Prior to this role, Jeff spent seven years at Arcane, where they directed the Data & Analytics team and developed high-performing strategies for national and global brands. Jeff also held positions as a Business Analyst and Implementation Lead earlier in their career, establishing a strong foundation in process design and collaboration. Jeff graduated with an Honours Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from King's University College.
