Halen is redefining longevity by making vitality a team sport. Founded by a UK Special Forces veteran, Halen (Old English for Hero and Whole) combines strength, science, service, and soul to elevate how people live, both now and in the future.

Its debut location in London will introduce a new, evidence-based method that combines precision training, breathwork, and contrast therapy in a cinematic, immersive environment designed for both physical and mental transformation. When challenge is shared, strength deepens, and community takes root. More than fitness, Halen is a practice that celebrates life: a place to reset, go beyond your Self, and emerge clearer, stronger, and more alive.

Launching in 2026.
