Haley Development is a boutique real estate development firm specializing in Class A mixed-use and medical office projects along Alabama's Gulf Coast.

Founded by Chris Haley with over 18 years of experience in the Baldwin County market, we design and build environments where businesses thrive and communities grow. From the mixed-use cottages and executive office suites of Portico of Fairhope in downtown Fairhope to the medical-focused Foley Professional Park across from South Baldwin Regional Medical Center, our projects are built to the highest standards inside and out.
