Scott Persinger has had a diverse range of work experiences. Scott started their professional career at Inacom Corporation as a Team Leader from an unknown start date until 2000. Scott then moved on to Retail Data Systems in 2000 and worked as a Systems Programmer until September 2009. Following that, Scott joined Haley Residential in October 2009 as the Director of Information Technology, where they remain in their current role.
Scott Persinger has a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from Bellevue University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Scott also holds an Associates degree in Electronics from ITT Technical Institute-Omaha, completed from 1993 to 1995.
In addition to their formal education, Scott Persinger has obtained several certifications. Scott received the CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner Certification (CASP+) from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in February 2020. Scott obtained the MS-101T00 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security certification in December 2021, the MS-500T00 Microsoft 365 Security Administrator certification in September 2022, and the AZ-104T00 - Microsoft Azure Administrator certification in May 2023, all from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.

Haley Residential was founded in 1992 as DEI Communities by Jack Haley upon his return to Omaha after decades of distinguished service in the United States Air Force. Under his leadership and personal efforts, the company grew to well over $60 million in multi-family holdings operating more than 2,000 units by 1998.Pleased with his initial success, Jack envisioned more for the company; he wanted to grow the firm’s real estate investment to $1 billion and 20,000 units. Haley Residential currently manages over 11,000 units in more than 50 properties across the United States valued in excess of $750 million.
