Stephen Ballard has extensive experience in the field of surveying, currently serving as a Project Surveyor at Haley Ward, Inc. since September 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Project Surveyor at Whitman & Bingham Associates LLC for over 24 years, and worked at Connorstone Engineering and Guerard Survey Company & Associates, where contributions as a Project Surveyor and Surveyor respectively were made. Stephen Ballard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Central New England College, earned between 1983 and 1986.
