Ryan Mickelson

Ryan Mickelson is a Corporate Health and Safety Specialist at Haley & Aldrich, where responsibilities include developing safety initiatives for field staff and assisting with Health and Safety documentation as an intern. Previous experience includes serving on the Team Impact Leadership Council at Team IMPACT, Inc., facilitating positive interactions between lacrosse teams and families. Ryan also contributed to environmental advocacy as a program facilitator for the Perspectives of Earth Team at Framingham State University and monitored seed corn production as a Field Inspector for Mi Crop Improvement Association. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, both from Clark University, as well as a high school education from Avon Old Farms.
