Stephen MacIntyre

Stephen "Mac" MacIntyre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and organizational improvement. Currently serving as Principal Consultant Emeritus at Haley & Aldrich since August 2005, Mac has held the roles of Chief Services Officer and Senior Vice President, Lean Sensei, where a focus on customer problem-solving through respect, active listening, and continuous improvement has been paramount. Mac possesses strong expertise in Lean principles, systems thinking, and process improvement, having previously been the Corporate KOS Technical Director at Eastman Kodak from 1999 to 2005, where responsibilities included promoting Lean practices across non-manufacturing functions. Mac's early career at Eastman Kodak Company also included the role of Director of Corporate HSE Assessment, Quality, and Strategy. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Business from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northeastern University.
