Johan Alexandersson

Johan Alexandersson has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Johan currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at HaleyTek AB, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Strategic 9 AB as a Consultant from September 2018. Johan also worked at Volvo Cars as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2019 to October 2021.

Before Volvo Cars, they were a Software Developer at ustwo from September 2018 to October 2019.

Johan spent a significant amount of their career at Sony Mobile Communications. Johan started as a Software Engineer in December 2013, specializing in developing the Contacts application for Xperia mobiles and tablets. Johan then became a Software Architect in April 2014, responsible for the architecture of the Contacts application and performing peer reviews. Johan stayed in this role until September 2018.

Prior to Sony Mobile, Johan worked at Tieto Sweden AB as a Software Engineer from September 2010 to November 2013. During their time there, they worked on a 3D UI-interface project for Android using the Rightware Kanzi engine and Android NDK. Johan was also an on-site contractor at Sony Mobile, working on the On-Screen Keyboard and Contacts applications.

Johan's earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Connected Table AB from April 2009 to September 2010, and as a Software Engineer and Software Architect at UIQ Technology AB from September 2003 to January 2009. At UIQ Technology, they were responsible for the architecture of the Provisioning and Security components in the UIQ platform and provided on-site support to customers in these areas.

Johan Alexandersson completed their education from 1999 to 2003 at the Blekinge Institute of Technology. Johan earned a Degree of Master of Science with a major in Software Engineering, with a particular focus on the field of Software Engineering.
