The Scrum Team at HaleyTek focuses on efficiently managing and facilitating the development of Android automotive-embedded software platforms. Comprising multiple Scrum Masters and a Scrum Master who also serves as a Certification Lead, the team ensures adherence to Agile practices, coordinates sprints, and oversees the certification process to maintain high-quality software deliverables for various car models.
