Growing up as one of seven children, Tieghan spent her first fourteen years in Cleveland, Ohio before her family moved to the very snowy mountains of Colorado. Ever determined to reign in the chaos of her big family, she began to help with cooking. Tieghan found her place in the kitchen, and by 15 became the family's full-time "chef." Her family soon realized her knack for creating unique dishes and encouraged her to share them with others. This led to the launch of her blog, Half Baked Harvest, in 2012. Since then millions of people have fallen in love with her fresh take on comfort food, stunning photography, and charming life in the mountains. Her hope is to inspire a love for food in others, as well as the courage to try something new!
