David Leslie

David Leslie is currently the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Half Moon, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, David gained extensive experience in food and beverage management, serving as Food and Beverage Manager at The Tryall Club from 2018 to 2021 and as Restaurants Manager at Halfmoon Resort Jamaica between 2014 and 2018. They also held various roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company L.L.C. and The Sagamore, contributing to their well-rounded expertise in the hospitality industry. David's career began in education, working as a trained teacher for the Ministry of Education Youth and Culture from 1994 to 2006.
