William Pearce

William Pearce is an experienced business leader currently serving as the Managing Partner at Pearceco Ventures, LLC, a holding company focused on investments in start-up companies since January 2018. As a Board Member at Half Moon, a legacy Jamaican resort, William has contributed since November 1999, having been an original investor and leaseholder. William previously held the position of President & CEO at Pearce & Pearce Co., Inc., a real estate management and investment firm, from May 1999 to January 2018. Additionally, William served as Senior Vice President at Stern Stewart & Co., a global management consulting firm, from June 1989 to April 1999, where expertise was applied in value-based corporate finance and performance measurement. William holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Lawrence University and attended The Hill School.
