Lahari Goud

Lahari Goud is a strategic thinker and project manager with extensive experience in education and leadership. They co-founded Half Step in 2023 and previously served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Civitas Education Partners. Lahari's background includes roles as Co-Founder/Executive Director of Civitas Community Impact Experience and Director of School Improvement at Chicago Public Schools, where they oversaw significant grants and developed programs to enhance student success. They hold master's degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Chicago, as well as a bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
