Yusuke Isoda has a wealth of experience in the sports and recruitment industries. Yusuke began their career in 2011 as a Recruiting Consultant for Intelligence (company name). During their time there, they were awarded the "Most Reliable Player from Clients" prize in 2012 and was named MVP in the department and division multiple times. In 2014, they moved to Intelligence Vietnam Co., LTD as a Recruitment Consultant and then to Intelligence Asia (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as a Recruitment Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating between the headquarters in Japan and the subsidiary in Singapore to share candidates and orders data. In 2015, they joined Spencer Ogden as the first Japanese employee to start up their Japan business in Asia. Yusuke was a Senior Recruitment Consultant and specialized in global energy recruitment. In 2016, they moved to SRi Executive/Sports Recruitment International as a Recruitment Consultant for the Sports industry in Singapore. Finally, in 2017, they became the Chief Executive Officer of HALF TIME Ltd., a company that provides branding and recruiting services for international rights holders, brands, and other sports and wellness-related companies specializing in the Japanese market.
Yusuke Isoda attended California State University, Northridge from 2009 to 2010. Yusuke then attended Ryukoku University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. In 2008, Yusuke attended the University of California, Berkeley for an English Learning Program for 6 months. In December 2014, they obtained a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Singapore).
