Rob Hayes started their career in 2011 as a Merchant Strategy at LivingSocial. In 2013, they moved to CEB as an Account Representative, Key Accounts. In 2014, they joined Network for Good as Manager, Strategy & Product. In 2015, they were sought out by Goodworld to create, launch and lead their Partnerships division. In 2017, they were a Fellow/VP of Sourcing at InSITE, an MBA Associate at Camber Creek, and an MBA Candidate at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. In 2018, they joined Balanced Health Botanicals as their first Chief Financial Officer (2018-2020) and first finance hire, transitioning to the Strategy role in 2020. In 2021, they became an Advisor at Core Development Group, and in 2022 they were appointed Vice President Operations at Halfdays, a ski wear brand for the modern woman.

Rob Hayes received their Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the College of Charleston in 2010. Prior to that, they attended Avon Old Farms from 2004 to 2006 and The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2008. In 2017, they obtained a People Analytics certification from Coursera. Rob then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2018.
