Carter Smith, PLA, ASLA, is a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience in project management and design. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University, where Carter studied from 2011 to 2016 and also worked as an Undergraduate Assistant.
