Marc Epperly, P.E., has over 20 years of experience in subsurface utility engineering, utility coordination, engineering, design, and construction management. Currently, Marc serves as Vice President and Director of SUE/Utility Coordination at Halff, a position held since 2023. Previously, Marc was a Branch Manager at The Rios Group, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, and a Senior Project Engineer at The Whiddon Group, LLC, where they contributed to the TxDOT Oak Hill Parkway Project. Marc's earlier career at Halff Associates encompassed roles including Project Engineer, SUE/Utility Coordination Team Leader, and Project Manager. Marc holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 2004.
