Rick Leisner

Rick Leisner is the Planning Director at Halff Associates, where they have been working since 2016. Previously, they held the position of Planning Studio Director at Jacobs from 2007 to 2012 and served as Planning Director at HNTB from 2003 to 2007. Rick has extensive experience in planning and urban design, having also worked as the Director of Planning and Urban Design at WRT from 1996 to 2002, and as the Director of Planning at HOK from 1991 to 1996. Rick earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree in Urban Design and Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University.
