Tom Burry, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with a strong background in project management and technical leadership. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Halff since April 2025, Tom previously held the position of Department Manager at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. from January 2020 to April 2025. Tom's extensive experience at CEI Engineering Associates also includes roles as a Civil Engineer from September 2013 to January 2020, where responsibilities included acting as Project Manager for new store commercial development and serving as Engineer of Record.
