Abbie McDonagh

Abbie McDonagh is a professional with a diverse background in project management and coordination. Currently serving as a Junior PMO Analyst at Halfords since July 2025, Abbie previously held the position of Retail Project Coordinator at Gymshark from December 2023 to July 2025. Abbie's earlier experience includes working at BT as a Change & Engagement Officer, and at McLaren Racing in various capacities as a People & Culture Coordinator and Team Coordinator. Additionally, Abbie spent nearly two years at Spire Parkway Hospital as the Team Lead for Private Patients Sales Executive, where responsibilities included managing a sales team and preparing cost-effective sales quotations. Abbie began a career in retail as a Sales Assistant at Paperchase Products Ltd. Educationally, Abbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Aston University and has studied at Queensland University of Technology.
