Mark Hornby is a data analytics professional with extensive experience in delivering actionable insights at an international and board level. Mark began their career in the Royal Bank of Scotland Graduate IT Scheme, where they distinguished themselves by improving process efficiency. They served as Senior Insight Analyst and IT Technical Manager at Boots, launching the Data Science function and managing significant projects. From 2006 to 2022, Mark led the Insight Team at E.ON, driving change in customer and product strategies while overseeing a £1 million research budget.
