Matt Laycock

Matt Laycock is the Group Head of Profit Protection at Halfords, where they have been since 2019. With over 15 years of experience in Loss Prevention across three major international organizations, Matt has developed expertise in resource management, data mining, and fraud investigations. Prior to joining Halfords, they held various roles at B&Q, including Divisional Security Manager and various Profit Protection positions. Additionally, Matt served as the UK Asset Protection Manager at Dixons Carphone and as General Manager at Interserve, demonstrating a specialized focus on reducing losses and enhancing business profitability.
