Mike Bird

Mike Bird currently serves as Group Energy Manager at Halfords since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple positions at One Stop Stores Ltd from December 2016 to July 2023, including RTOC Manager and Area Manager, where responsibilities included developing a new space strategy and managing an extensive team across 20 stores with significant annual turnover. Additionally, Mike successfully led the EPOS Project, deploying technology across over 1000 locations. Earlier career experience includes serving as Area Manager for Farmfoods, overseeing operations in 6 stores with an annual turnover of over £25 million. Mike completed education at Baverstock School from September 1983 to May 1998.
