Tom Singer

Tom is a Non-Executive Director of Mediclinic International Plc and is the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Remuneration Committees at DP Eurasia NV.

Previously, Tom served as CFO of InterContinental Hotels Group Plc and Group Finance Director of British United Provident Association (“BUPA”). Earlier in his career, Tom was CFO and Chief Operating Officer of William Hill Plc and Finance Director of Moss Bros Plc, having started his career in professional services and spending a total of twelve years at Price Waterhouse and McKinsey. He has also been the Chair of the Audit Committee at Liberty Living.

Tom brings extensive experience of strategy development, corporate governance and numerous finance disciplines.
