Will Winter-Smith

Will Winter-Smith is a Reward Director at Halfords, where they currently lead strategic initiatives in reward management. Previously, they held several key positions, including Senior Reward Manager at Carphone Warehouse, Director of Compensation and Benefits at BRITVIC PLC, and Head of Reward at Inchcape plc. Will has also worked as a Reward & Systems Analyst at DTZ and had earlier roles in reward analytics and advisory. They earned a BSc in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London, graduating in 2007.
