William Burrows

William Burrows is the Group Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Manager at Halfords, a position held since 2023. With a career in Continuous Improvement that began in 2015, William has worked in various roles within retail, achieving accreditation as a Lean Competency Black Belt and earning a Green Belt in Six Sigma. Over the years, William has focused on enhancing processes across the retail network, notably leading a project that standardized operations across 445 stores, resulting in significant cost savings. Passionate about team development, William enjoys fostering an engaging work environment and facilitating training sessions.
