MOHAMMAD ASHIF is an experienced Information Technology Support Engineer currently working at Halian since July 2022, providing onsite field support for the Emirates Schools Establishment. Responsibilities include technical support for hardware, software, network devices, and various educational platforms, managing Azure AD, and troubleshooting issues for over 2500 end users. Prior to this role, Mohammad served as an IT Support Engineer at ITQAN Al Khaleej Computers for the Ministry of Education from August 2016 to June 2022 and as a Desktop Support Engineer at Fantasy Electronic Games from March 2014 to July 2016.
