John Eisnor

Director Of Operations at Halifax Water

John Eisnor, P.Eng. has extensive experience in water management and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Halifax Water since October 2007. John's responsibilities include overseeing the operation and maintenance of the water distribution system for the West Region. Prior to this role, John held various positions within Halifax Water, including Manager of West Water Operations and Operations Engineer, where John provided engineering support and managed capital infrastructure projects. Before joining Halifax Water, John was a Facilities Engineer at Nova Scotia Environment and Labour, focusing on the regulation of water and wastewater treatment facilities in the province. John holds a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Treatment from Dalhousie University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Nova Scotia and a Certificate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Science General from Acadia University.
